Course Description:
In this session, delve into the diverse facets of Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS) by exploring the four distinct phenotypes. Discover the potential for targeted interventions through breathing re-education rooted in the three dimensions of functional breathing: biochemical, biomechanical, and resonant frequency. Understand how breathing re-education and Myofunctional therapy can benefit patients across all OSAHS phenotypes. Engage in scientific breathing exercises, gain insights into the impact of breathing patterns on sleep apnea phenotypes, and learn to screen for breathing pattern disorders among your client population.
