Course Description:
Oral Systemic Fitness (OSF) is somewhat like a lifestyle infused by applying and systemizing physical fitness concepts, sports, gaming, psychology, and exercise physiology to dental prevention and oral systemic health. It's an advanced perspective on oral health, like Einstein's General Relativity vs Newtonian Gravitation. In that order, its seven main components are Education, Motivation, Supplementation, Nutrition, Personal Training, exercises, and professional Dental care. The components help to form customizable programs (i.e., strategies) and regimens (i.e., tactics) to perform actions (i.e., reduce inflammation) on targets (i.e., gums) to achieve goals (i.e., improve gums or freshen breath).
