Course Description:
This course explores the pivotal role of nitric oxide (NO) in various physiological processes, emphasizing its significance in oral health. Nitric oxide is crucial in blood vessel dilation, immune response modulation, and neurotransmission, directly impacting oral well-being. By exploring dietary interventions, oral supplements, oral hygiene practices, cardiovascular exercise, sunlight exposure, and antioxidant-rich diets, participants will comprehend the pathways involved in NO production and its impact on oral health. The course empowers individuals to evaluate and implement lifestyle strategies that promote NO restoration, fostering an understanding of the interconnectedness between these strategies and their collective influence on oral health and systemic well-being.
