Dr. Vadim Backman, Walter Dill Scott Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Northwestern University, Chicago, IL. He is also a professor of medicine in oncology and biochemistry and molecular genetics at the Feinberg School of Medicine. Backman is program leader in cancer and physical sciences at the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center and a member of the Chemistry of Life Processes Institute.
