Dr. Jade Duncan is the Senior Vice President of Dental Services at Zufall Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients across New Jersey. She leads clinical operations across multiple sites, oversees strategic planning, and directs workforce development initiatives that expand access to care in underserved communities.

With more than 15 years of experience in public health dentistry, Dr. Duncan has held leadership roles at Montefiore Medical Center and Penobscot Community Health Center, where she managed operating room services and directed dental residency training. Her expertise includes program development, curriculum design, and building sustainable, high-performing dental teams in safety-net settings.

Dr. Duncan earned her B.Sc. and D.D.S. from Howard University and holds an M.Ed., MBA, and Graduate Certificate in Medical Education from the University of Cincinnati. She also holds an M.L.S. in Healthcare Law from the University of Oklahoma and is SHRM-CP certified. She is widely recognized for her leadership in oral health access, health equity, and integrating humanity into healthcare systems.

A native of New Orleans, Dr. Nicholas Mosca is Associate Professor and Director of Community Dentistry and Extramural Education at LSU Health School of Dentistry. Dr. Mosca brings a diversity of experience that includes roles as Director of Quality Programs and Data Analytics at CrescentCare, a federally qualified health center in New Orleans, Director of the STD/HIV Office for the Mississippi State Department of Health, State Dental Director for Mississippi, and director of a hospital-based dental clinic at the University of Mississippi Medical Center that provided care to medically compromised patients. He served as the Harry W. Bruce, Jr. Legislative Fellow for the American Dental Education Association and as a U.S. Public Health Service Primary Care Policy Fellow in 2005. Dr. Mosca is Past President for the American Association of Public Health Dentistry and a member of the Santa Fe Group.

Dr. Mosca received his dental degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1987 and completed a General Practice Residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. In 2014, he received the Doctor of Public Health degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
