Fighting Back! Simple Self-Help Strategies in the Post 19 Dystopia
Presented by: Shirley Gutkowski, RDH, BSDH and John Peldyak, DMD
Sponsored by: XLEAR
What can you do to fight back against this COVID-19 virus? Sure masking and PPE are helpful but there are more things you can do that don’t take too much time or too much money. For instance Xlear nasal spray was tested in vitro against SARS CoV2 and was successful in killing it. Dr. John Peldyak and Shirley Gutkowski have put together an engaging look at options for protecting yourself and your patients from this virus and provide a healthier person all around. Using critical studies and on the shoulders of the previous AAOSH speakers they get to the meat of the issues we face today. Find out how to use Vitamin D, why chicken is not an optimum food, how nasal breathing can impact your health and so much more. This will be the most impactful and usable information you can use today to improve overall health.
1. Illustrate how vitamin D has been reduced in today’s humans
2. Compare sugars and polyols
3. How clearing sinus improves nitric oxide production in the sinus
4. Create a health plan for safely returning to work
