Course Description:

Speaker Bio:

From a biology major in college through today, Dee Dee Reid has focused her 25-year career on dentistry, and her experience spans the spectrum of care. Dee Dee began her career in the back office, where she gained a deep understanding of clinical details and practice dynamics. Her warm and outgoing personality catapulted her to the front office, where she astutely connects with patients as a top-producing patient care coordinator with Dr. Marcus Whitmore in Plano, Texas. Dee Dee helps doctors clarify diagnosed treatment with patients while having large case acceptance happen daily. She works alongside general dentists, dental specialists, and their teams to advance practice goals and get results.
