Speaker Bio:

James D. Carroll is the Founder and CEO of THOR Photomedicine, co-authored 27 academic Photobiomodulation (PBM) papers, and contributed chapters to five Photobiomodulation books. James is a recognized authority on PBM dose, dose-rate effects, and the measurement and reporting of parameters. He is the Co-Chair of the Biomedical Optics Society conference on Photobiomodulation mechanisms, a Fellow of The Royal Society of Medicine, and a World Association for Photobiomodulation Therapy (WALT) Committee member.
