HOW TO SUBMIT AN RFP FOR CONSIDERATION
PLEASE NOTE: Starting June 1, 2025, all RFPs must be submitted through our Form Submission Link. You do not need to resubmit if you have already submitted an RFP for 2027 or 2028. However, we will no longer accept email submissions for RFPs after May 31, 2025, for any RFP.
Due to the volume of emails we receive for RFP submissions, all questions for RFPs must be submitted to support@aaosh.org.

NEXT STEPS: We are considering the number of events to host for 2026. We apologize for the delay. If needed, we will repost and rebid this RFP. We will let those who have bid on this RFP know an answer no later than November 30, 2025.

NEXT STEPS: The Programming Committee is currently voting on their top three venues on each coast. We will announce the top three within the next 10-15 days. A site visit will be arranged within the next 10-15 days, ideally before Thanksgiving—final decision by December 31, 2025.
