Course Description:

What can you do to fight back against this COVID-19 virus? Sure, masking and PPE are helpful, but there are more things you can do that don’t take too much time or too much money. For instance, Xlear nasal spray was tested in vitro against SARS CoV2 and successfully killed it. Dr. John Peldyak and Shirley Gutkowski have put together an engaging look at options for protecting yourself and your patients from this virus and providing a healthier person all around. Using critical studies and on the shoulders of the previous AAOSH speakers, they get to the meat of the issues we face today. Find out how to use Vitamin D, why chicken is not an optimum food, how nasal breathing can impact your health, and so much more. This will be the most impactful and usable information you can use today to improve overall health.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explain the factors contributing to the decrease in vitamin D levels in modern humans, recognizing the various causes and implications associated with this decline.
  • Differentiate between sugars and polyols, evaluating their distinct characteristics, applications, and potential impacts on health.
  • Demonstrate the relationship between sinus clearance and enhanced nitric oxide production within the sinuses, discerning how this physiological process functions and its implications for overall health.
  • Develop a comprehensive health plan designed for a safe return to work, integrating diverse factors such as health protocols, safety measures, and individual health considerations to ensure a secure work environment.
