Course Description:

Water, the elixir of life, is an essential component that keeps our bodies functioning optimally, with our bodies composed of mostly water, highlighting the crucial role hydration plays in every bodily function. Staying hydrated isn't just a minor consideration for maintaining health—it's a cornerstone, with benefits ranging from promoting physical performance and mental clarity to supporting digestion and skin health, all vital to oral and systemic health.

In this course, attendees will also understand the importance of focusing on the quality of food, another powerful tool, rather than the quantity, learning about the systemic effects of preservatives, dyes, and other additives, and why some countries prohibit their use due to concerns about chronic illness, cancer, autism, food allergies, and diabetes.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover the prevalence of chronic illnesses.
  • Identify nutritional considerations associated with food consumption.
  • Differentiate between various sources and types of water available for consumption.
  • Identify the symptoms and consequences of dehydration, including fatigue, headaches, and cognitive impairment.
