Course Description:

This comprehensive course delves into the crucial connections between chronic inflammatory periodontal diseases and oral pathogens. By exploring the Collaboration Cures Model, participants will analyze the most prevalent links to oral infections, emphasizing the pivotal role of chronic inflammatory periodontal diseases. This course prompts participants to reassess their perspectives on knowledge, diagnosis, targeted therapies, and the integration of salivary testing, fostering a paradigm shift in approaching oral-systemic health.

Learning Objectives:

  • Re-evaluate the causative agents triggering chronic inflammatory periodontal diseases, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the underlying factors driving these inflammatory conditions within the oral cavity.
  • Reconsider the implementation of "Cause-Related Therapy" aligned with the Collaboration Cures Model, emphasizing collaborative approaches in therapeutic interventions to mitigate the impact of oral pathogens and associated inflammatory diseases.
