Course Description:
Those of us in healthcare are uniquely positioned to make a positive difference in people’s lives, but we must earn the right to influence them. The most significant communication tool you can learn is listening. You can go beyond intimidation or fear and learn to use the power of the question to help you communicate with compassion and ease.
